OMGOSH this truly works, literally like after one night! It took some getting use to sleeping on my back but it severely helped my apt!

So how can I actually SLEEP in this position? I lie like this for an hour and never fall asleep. Then I turn on my belly (I know it's the worst sleeping pisition) and fall asleep in 10 seconds.

Catherine did not look happy wen u called her a dummy😄.. I try to put a pillow under my knees like u said, but wen i wake up the pillow won't even be on the bed😄i move around too much

ive been instinctively doing this and more for my apt. i also slide my butt up to the wall and then push back with my feet, gently arching/stretching my lower back, it feels sooo good. another awesome stretch i stumbled upon: i raise one leg up and lay it on a table, sort of "indian cross legged style". then i just lean side to side, and switch legs, i can feel it in my lower back like no other stretch, without putting alot of load or having to use my elbows on knees to twist.
