45 Minute STRENGTH & NO REPEAT CARDIO TABATA Workout - We are kicking it old school today with a fun Tabata workout. This is a fast paced workout and a lot of fun! We are going to do the cardio in a no repeat style, to keep it fresh, but we will repeat the strength exercises. We will alternate between the cardio and strength with each round.

This was perfect. The length was exactly right and the quick pace kept it from being boring. It was the perfect amount of cardio with strength. I enjoyed the progression with the same exercise. It was a good variety. Thank you so much!

Amazing strength no repeat cardio/tabata workout. A lot of work and sweat 😅 the excercises are super and intense for sure. Love the tabata rounds.
