DAY 4! Today's HIIT Challenge workout is another No Jumping workout helping you to build and strengthen your muscles. You should feel the burn by the end of the 45 minutes - that's for sure! No repeat exercises so you can't get bored :) No excuses, let's crush it TEAM!

WORKOUT DETAILS

👉🏼 Duration: 40 MINS (plus 5 mins of cool-down stretches)
👉🏼 Intensity: Medium Sweaty 💧💧
👉🏼 No Equipment
👉🏼 50 Sec Work, 10 Sec Rest
👉🏼 No Repeat

Please remember that we are all different and that you can make this your OWN workout... take a longer break when you need to.

I couldn’t finish this workout for the life of me, but I’m more proud that I’m being consistent and not trying to kill myself with these workouts 😊😅

Not only this was my 1st workout from 2024, but it was also so amazing! I loved every part of it!
I was into doing physical activity before I found your channel, but I wasn't so consistent. Once I found you and your trainings, I actually found out how good it feels to have defined muscles and to have confidence in my body.

Thank you for these workouts. I’m vastly loving that you get straight to it, not like some other videos that talk for 10 minutes and during. The music is also fantastic, and I’m so exhausted by the end! Cheers!

I can't tell you how much i appreciate these no noise workouts having to rent a tiny room on my landlord's 2nd floor! Without these i wouldn't be able to work-out so thank you for keeping me active!

Yay! Day 4 was completed successfully and I couldn't be more proud of myself. Today was hard to get through and was a bit hard on myself because of how sore my body is. But after completing the workout, I'm high off of adrenaline. I burned a total of 325 calories. Looking forward to a rest day because these muscles need a break, soon. Again, you're the best, Anna. I appreciate you workout through the workout alongside us.

nice workout today ! i was super frustrated with uni work all day, then when all my programs crashed with my projects and anxiety started to hit i said "okay this is the time for day 4, not skipping it" i feel só much better now, and happy i'm following the program 🥰🥰🥰 thank you Anna for giving us all motivation ! day 4 dooone yay !

Ι really liked the chair hip thrust and the following hip thrust hold raises! I was also thrilled to find out that the workout finished at 88% ;) !!! Love you Anna, you are such an inspiration!

My period started yesterday and it hurts so much that I couldn't do the series. I was so sad that I was thinking I would drop out, but I feel noticeably better today and even with a bit of longer breaks between exercises, I made it! Thanks Anna

Did this one this morning and enjoyed it. Was a challenge but I loved the longer format. Recovering from an injury no needed a no jumping option.

Here it is. Commenting in the proper place, now. :)
I took a couple of days off - but back at it! I was like, "oh, cossack squats, what's this...oh. ow ow ow" lol. Loved this workout, and the longer (in comparison to the other workouts so far), guided cool down at the end. Thank you, Anna! See you tomorrow! xx
