i’ve been doing her 5 minute peach butt workout (or something like that) for a couple of days now and already feel like my butt is getting more of that peach shape. i’m going to start adding this workout to my daily workout list to get that peach butt and slim legs fast :)
this workout burns sooo bad omg. my legs were shaking as soon as we started the pulses😂

I did a 11 minute leg workout and I got tired but was able to finish it. I did this 5 minute workout and I couldn’t keep up and it was more intense than the 11 minute workout lol

Hi, I just wanted to say thank you for your workouts and videos; I’ve been doing a selection of your videos each morning to form a general 25 minute workout and I have felt so amazing. I thought that when people say that morning workouts make you feel uplifted, it was just talk to get you to exercise but I feel so refreshed and productive and I suddenly have a rush to do so many things and get on with my to do list. Your energy, motivation, positivity and down-to-earthness is inspiring and just makes me feel so good when I workout now because it feels easy but I know it is effective. Exercise doesn’t feel like a chore now, thank you so much.💗💗

D3-no need for breaks anymore but still hard, my inner thighs are a bit slimmer now!!!

D6-it got pretty easier but still hard on the last one
D7-surprisingly much easier 😮 it’s been a week🎉 first time doing a workout for so long, thanks bailey
D8-I can see more changes now
D9-I did not expect so many changes in less than ten days😮
D10-it’s pretty good but I think I’m gonna do it for maybe two weeks…i still see great changes and I think two weeks will really make them as toned and strong as I want my thighs to be…I’ll try not to give up

I did this along with one of Bailey’s outer thigh workout for 2 weeks and I also reduced the amount I eat in between meals and I’m so proud of my body and me! I see great results!!! Tysm Bailey!

I’m loving these 5 minute segment exercises! I got a job working from home in December which has been a dream work goal of mine. But I realize I’m now WAY MORE sedentary than my previous job, which worries me! I’ve decided to incorporate 5 minute movement at least several times throughout the day for my health. These are perfect! 🙏👍 Thanks!!

OMG! This one is NEXT LEVEL 🔥 I‘m able to do the 5 and 3 min Challenges in one go but here I had to rest a few times. So hard, but my inner thighs are on fire!!
