30 minute Upper Body Strength Training | CHEST, BACK, & SHOULDERS

We are building a strong chest, back, and shoulders in this 30-minute upper body strength training workout!! This is the perfect at-home workout to build strength and definition in your upper body because you only need your dumbbells for this training session!

This workout will build both muscle mass and muscular endurance! The main focus is building definition in the chest, back, and shoulders! We will work through 3 sets of 9 exercises to ensure we are boosting the volume to accomplish this!

We will burn out the chest, back, and shoulder muscles by using alternating and both-side sets for 3 total sets and 3 exercises for each muscle group!

30-MINUTE UPPER BODY STRENGTH WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES

EQUIPMENT NEEDED
- DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 10lbs to 20lbs / 4.5kg to 9kg. When selecting a weight for this workout, you want to lift moderately heavy to heavy! The weight you select will be relative to you and how you feel!
- EXERCISE MAT

STRUCTURE:
- 9 EXERCISES
- 3 SETS
- 1 ALTERNATING SIDE SET
- WORK: 60 SECONDS
- 2 BOTH SIDES SETS
- WORK: 45 SECONDS
- REST: 10, 15, 20 SECONDS

EXERCISE LIST:
- CHEST PRESS
- BENT OVER ROW
- FRONT RAISE
- CHEST FLYS
- WIDE ROW
- OPEN AND CLOSE SHOULDER PRESS
- REVERSE GRIP ROW
- PULLOVER
- SHOULDER PRESS

I really needed strength training this morning. Tomorrow our daughter, our grandkids, plus great grands come to visit at our home. I've been really working out with you so I can look awesome. They live in another state, so they don't know I've been working out. I'm so excited to show off my new youthful body. I started working out with you because of Stella. I have a pug as well and when I saw Stella in the background I knew it was something for me. Then it occured I like you and your workouts too, Kaleigh!
