thank you so so much for this - i've needed to lose weight for so long an wanted to try zumba, but was terrified of doing it in front of class since i'm a bigger guy. But the classes you guys put on have helped me start getting a healthy routine and yall make it so fun and encouraging <3 idk if youll even read this but thank you

so much fun! i usually dont do dance workouts because it usually makes me super insecure, but i had fun with this workout. it really got my mind off of all the negativity. i want another one!

I found this video while looking for an appropriate workout for the women in my family to spend some time together and get our blood flowing. Y'all had two 70 yr olds, a 50 yr old, and 20 yr old shaking it up in the living room today!! Awesome job. Super motivating and I love that one girl did a moderated version so that all types of people could get their workout in. 🙂

I do this workout every day. Even though I can do the dance in my sleep, I still love how energetic and friendly the ladies are.
It's one of the best parts of my day. This workout just makes me feel good, something that I had not realized exercise could do.

yay a dance workout!!! this is not as high impact as i usually do but i just advanced it by doing bigger jumps. i liked it and had a lot of fun. please more dance cardio! this trainer is also very sweet. love the jumps!

SO FUN! I'm a really, really uncoordinated person when it comes to dancing but Allie made it so fun and easy to follow. I didn't want to stop so I kept going a few more times. A perfect way to wrap up this week's workouts!

As a woman in my 20s and having lived with chronic illness all my life, I loved this video. It means so much that they included a modified version of the dance in the video. It didn't look like the modified dance was lagging behind at all, it just looked like she was making her own and I love that! For years I've had to use workout videos made for elderly people that were too easy, or regular beginner videos that were too hard. This is what accessibility looks like. I'm not able to do what my peers can, but that doesn't make me an old woman. This workout is appropriate for my age but doable for my ability. Thank you so much for doing that one simple thing!

Ladies, thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Finally a beginner's work out that I can do and was SO much FUN! I'm 61 with spinal stenosis and arthritis in my back so it's hard to work out. I love the modified version that I needed on a couple of things. You absolutely have a new subscriber!!!🤸‍♀️🕺😃💕
