When ever I hear a laugh, I feel like someone is laughing at me. I just feel like people judge me al the time. I also do have trust issues when my best friend is talking to me. I feel like she is lying or be fake. I feel like people are testing me. I think and think about things a lot. Like people. I stress about school a lot. I think I do have anxiety. I might just be stressed. I think I had a anxiety attack before. It felt like it. I feel good writing this comment that probably no one will see. Have a good day.

My anxiety occurs when I’m scared or nervous, like if I’m having a conversation I’ll have irrational fears that the person I’m talking to will say they don’t like me, or that I’m annoying, and whenever my anxiety acts up, I feel nauseous, sometimes I get stomachaches, I shake, like, intense shaking, practically a tremble. I’ll cry, I’ll yell, I’ll hyperventilate, it’s awful. I wish I could just be normal.

Edit: to all of you guys in the replies, I hope you’ve all found a coping mechanism. Also, you’ve helped me to feel so validated. I sometimes wonder if maybe I am faking it but it seems I’m not alone. Sending Love to everyone who struggles ❤️

1. Chronic headaches
2. Excessive bathroom use
3. Muscle tension
4. Perfectionism

when im anxious I start shaking, like if im in school and its lunch time I shake whilst even holding my fork, I have trust issues because a lot of people have acted like they liked me but they dont.. I hate school sm and I cant stop thinking about how everyone will probably talk about me whilst im walking through the hallway, does anyone else have this?

Me: cries even more because thats not the reason (I can't talk back to them and confront them because of my anxiety)😨😳
