i’ve been experiencing all of these signs for about two weeks now😕(well except 6)
i have been under eating but i physically feel like i cant eat sometimes when im stressed. even when im “taking a break” i cant focus on just enjoying myself

When i feel stressed out during the day or during a certain period of my life, i found out not until recently, that working out really makes me feel a LOT better. But not a regular easy workout. Only something that requires a lot of strenght and effort put on it, like martial arts where you have to keep your mind focus, or running or some club activities.
Also again xD, i noticed recently that listening to some music that i really enjoy while wearing my headphones so i don't have to listen to anything else, makes me very calm.
Or even this one last thing that i never felt so seriously about, watching certain youtube videos like the ones Psych2GO provides us with, or some other self improvement motivational videos in certain channels, made me SO much better.
