I am a type 2 diabetic and my HBA1C spiked to 8 in March this year. We followed your advice, particularly about food sequencing, and walking after meals, and after three months, my HBA1C is down to 6.5. My wife's is down to 5.8. We are so thankful to you!

I totally agree that Jessie has helped many people. But folks need to give up the processed food and greatly reduce sugary and starchy foods.

At 75 I wish I had had this information when I was in my twenties. I am not diabetic but have very painful arthritis in my back from injuries and degeneration; and skin issues; and Restless Leg Syndrome; and sleep issues……..Just ordered the books and looking forward to feeling alive again. Thank you!🦋

It is such a massive relief to not have sugar cravings anymore! I am doing the hacks for a week now and I dropped some pounds of belly fat, i am buying real food, greens. desserts are not even interesting for me anymore. After 38 years of sugar addiction, this is such a blessing ❤ no more pressure inside to eat treats all day long and trying to resist it. No more access weight piling up on me. Wow !!! I have never felt better .

Yesterday morning I heard on the radio, LA’s number 1 party station Mega 96.3, they said “Rememebr everyone, eat your veggies first, then protein, then carbs.” Thank you Jessie for getting the word out to California. With 53 million people. And it has a huge community of latins which are more prone to diabetes. All my family has it. Not me and I do these hacks and my A1C is in normal range now 5.2, my goal is to get it even lower! Thank you GG 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

When I had gestational diabetes GG taught me what to do, it literally reversed especially with the ACV daily, after 3 months I was off insulin.

GG you’re helping so many people, which means you’re keeping people with their loved ones. Prevention for communities making them better. Death of family members causes generational trauma and depression, thank you for keeping loved ones together 🙏

I enjoyed this interview so much. Probably my favourite interview with Jessie (and I’ve watched many). I especially loved the conversation at the end talking about intuition and editing your life. I’m studying Human Design right now and have found it to be a profoundly helpful tool to help understand how our unique designs (bodies) communicate to each of us. Listening to Jessie explain her process always makes me so curious to know her design lol.

Thanks for the wonderful conversation!

I have been changing my life around for 15 months. The most changes were through my diet but it is through holistic healing.I am on day 3 of your hacks and I am following all hacks; I believe in your theories. Thank you 🙏

Minute 51…I so agree with her ideas on alcohol…culture and corporation’s push the expectation of drinking onto adulthood.

Wow! Fantastic interview, with two great people. And Casey really pulled more of the science out of Jessie than I have seen in other videos. And this talk makes we question whether most of us (~88% of Americans) are actually metabolically unhealthy, or if we have just lost touch with how our ancestors used to eat (order of foods, etc., which are now Jessie's hacks). If they had eating traditions that were healthier, that they developed by trial and error over time. As in, we're not broken, we're just eating the wrong way.

When I go to a restaurant and I anticipate eating the irresistible bread they usually serve I always take a water bottle with 2 table spoons of ACV and . drink that prior. I also eat a small hand full of almonds to get some health fats in to blunt my glucose response.
