this just reminded me of something, I completely changed my habits by finding out book called The 21 Former doctor secrets by Rachel Morgan. It has been censored.

I love the fact that there's no sensory overload in her videos. No fast editing, and no b-roll footage every 2 seconds.

You have the "weirdest" way of presenting information. What's weird is that nobody does it this way. It's natural and tasteful and stylish and artsy. I love this channel now. You are helping so many people. I hope your channel thrives!

This lady is so down to earth. She talks like she is sitting in your living room and having a conversation with a friend. How cool.

Delaying coffee 90 to 120 minutes makes a massive difference to my fatigue levels. I also drink less coffee as a result. Love this channel!

There’s an excellent hack for those who don’t prefer breakfast early in the morning. In India, many people start their day with about 8-10 almonds soaked overnight in water. You peel off the skin (better for absorption, reduces the digestive discomfort) and eat the almonds chewing slowly. I find them delicious. And it’s kind of meditative. Then I head for my single cup of coffee with cow’s milk or almond milk. Blood sugar stays steady for hours. Hope this helps and Jesse, thank you!

I add a bit of heavy cream to my coffee. I don't have breakfast, just my coffee and I don't get a glucose spike. Delicious!!

In Turkish language, breakfast is ‘kahvaltı’ which literally means ‘before coffee’ which shows that Turkish people have been doing this the right way for centuries! How cool is that! ❤

When I lived in Europe, I never had any problems with food and was relatively thin. When I moved to North America, Hell broke loose. In a few years, I put on 40 kg and have a hard time getting rid of them. I will give this way of eating and drinking coffee a chance. Merci de tout coeur Jessie, de m'aider dans ce parcours de la combattante. But there is definitely something to say about the poor quality of produce in North America compared to Europe.

Just so everyone knows. When she says Hello Angels and smiles, she's only doing it to me. Not you or you, just me. Sorry but that's just the way it is. Enough said.

Dang, very well presented. With her strolling around while talking gives me the feeling that she is talking personally to me.
Sharing her knowledge and then offering the wisdom to achieve my goal is truly a valued gift. I'm not alone in this journey.

As a scientist and clinician for 40+ years, I would like to see you post the references for the studies you cite. Some of us would like to assess the conclusions on a more granular analysis of the data.

I hate to say things out of context but I like your dress style. And it improves my concentration on what you say. I love black coffee after a big glass of water in the morning. Makes me literally happy. ( I am a 79 year old Turkish woman).

Thank you Jessie! I’m so glad you have covered this for coffee! I am such a big fan of coffee for many years, but always wonder what is the best and healthiest way to drink my morning black coffee. The truly great thing is that I’m not really a sweet tooth consumer, and actually enjoy my morning coffee, if served black just a dusting of cardamom or cinnamon, and just maybe a little whole milk or homemade almond milk. Merci beaucoup! ❤
