A great suggestion for people beginning to workout- look up which muscles get activated for which workouts and while performing them, make sure you feel “the activation” of them. Helps me improve my form at least

A little bit of twisting is fine, a bit of controlled cheating has use cases, but definitely wouldn’t teach newbies about this

Support side should remain relatively still. Ipsolateral rotation is fine and will yield a greater stimulus to the entire back. The bottom position - db should below shoulder, not chest. Top position - pull the db diagnoally towards the hip. This method ensures the deepest stretch and greatest peak contraction. If you're tall enough and feel comfortable standing over the bench, go ahead. Whatever position allows for a neutral spine and the above form will allow for the best SFR.

Nice!!!
I never did Dumbbell Rows because it fells so uncomfortable putting 1 leg on the bench, and I always did Dumbbell Lawnmower Rows instead.
I will definitely be trying this next time.

For wrestling training we would do rows with one knee down, repping on the side that was down. Making sure not to move anything other than your arm

I used to do it like that and got corrected by 2 experienced competitive bodybuilding personal trainers to do it more like the first example. Getting the full stretch and contractions is essential; and can be done with planted feet and mild twist. Who woulda guessed?

If you control it the first way, it stretches your lats better. But a chainsaw + a single arm DB row are separate workouts IMO.
