I eat chicken and eggs every day. I also eat beef and salmon every few days. Although I do top up with a protein shake every now and then

I agree with you on all three, however I put Steak and Eggs together in one meal because eggs do not have sufficient calories alone. So steak and eggs #1, then I prefer salmon #2 over chicken because of the Omega-3 content / benefits and then chicken would be #3.
