Alright so if you want a bigger upper chest, instead of doing your low to high flys with the attachments all the way down, try bringing over a bench and lifting the attachments up so that the resistance is aligned with the orientation of the fibers in the clavicular head of your chest, meaning that you can utilize an arm path similar to the angle of the upper chest fibers to train them in their largest range of motion with the most intent possible.

Flyes are chest isolation. The second one you show is a press, which also trains the triceps. Therefore more of a compund movement. Worth pointing out I think.

If you cant do this, a cable press around is arguably better, targets shortened position of upper chest and works all the way around it, try it its amazin

The best advice that worked for me to full the upper chest and give me a lot better chest was the incline dumbbell press, using weights that allow me to feel the fibers working, so don't use a lot of weight, instead use dumbbells to reach 10+ reps

You can also just do a low to high cable fly with the attachment around knee height instead of in its lowest position.

I found that doing my flies single arm, standing, with a low to high angle worked best for my upper chest. Set the cable so your arm at the bottom makes a 30ish degree angle from your torso, then pull up and across your body until you feel the contraction in your upper pec.

If you can’t bench 2 plates yet probably don’t worry about these, your upper chest will be significantly bigger by then too. a 135 ohp is a good goal too even tho it doesn’t use the upper chest directly.
