Since I do only full body routines.. I always do shoulder workout before the chest.. it help me with warming up the shoulder for the bench.

I get better stimulus on heavy weight and on lower weight it hurts my shoulder

Thank you. I actually noticed it this morning. I was thinking I need to do back first, but I'm following Anabolic Advanced. Going to tweek it for the next upper body day.

Work your shoulders and go bench the day after. Itll be all pecs baby.

Too late for me. My left peck is so much bigger than my right. I only ever feel the left side of my chest so annoying hate it so so so much
