Theives go for the easiest to unlock. I use 3 u locks all attached together in different parts of the bike. Never stolen once 10 years straight.

Before I had a bike, used the read wheel included lock and an AirTag. Just ordered an electric bike. I will put my AirTag on it and use two bike locks. One like in the video, and one bendy. Luckily most stores let’s you guide them here, but those that won’t, I can securely lock it and be back before anyone can break both open.

if your lock can't fit both frame and wheel, lock the rear wheel inside the rear triangle of your bike frame. this means the bike can not be removed from the lock without cutting either the lock or the wheel

That lock wouldn't last 10 seconds against an angle grinder. But a litelock x1 or x3 or hiplock d1000. Then have at least one other lock maybe even 2 more and make sure to have a loud alarm on it plus take the wheel with you. Or get a foldable bike

DO NOT USE A CABLE EXTENSION!!! They are so easy to cut. Instead, use a second lock, or use anti-theft skewers or bolts

Removing your front wheel is only doable with a racing bike

a couple of grinder resistant d-locks like Hiplok D1000 or Litelok X3 will be way better than a cable that can be cut very easily and a D-lock with a thin shackle that can be cut with bolt croppers.
