How to use a D-Lock to secure your bike

Matthew explains the best way to secure your cycle, and how registering his with Bike Register, a national database, helped recover it when it was stolen.

Nobody wants to lose their bike, so it's always a good idea to make sure yours is locked up as securely as possible.

If you need a D-lock for your bike, these are available from Security Services. Staff and students get a discount on producing a Bodleian Library card or University ID.
