Welcome to Day 1 of the 21 Day Yin Yoga To Connect Within!
This is a well rounded practice that helps you release your hips, lower back and heart.
I’m so excited to have you here! Over the next 21 days, we will traverse together a Soulful Yin Yoga journey, where we deepen the understanding of ourselves and connect with our truest self.
Let me spill a secret to you. The key to connecting with our emotions is SELF-LOVE.
Love encompasses all virtues. Through love, we learn to forgive, be compassionate, and shine light on others. That is why, Day 1 of your challenge is centered around loving who you are, wherever you are at right now.
The affirmation for today is ‘I am learning to love myself more everyday.’

What is Soulful Yin Yoga?
I've created Soulful Yin Yoga based on my own healing journey from anxiety and depression. Soulful Yin Yoga focuses on your emotional healing and growth through yin yoga, Chinese meridians, Qi Gong, acupressure, meridian tapping, and yoga nidra.
If you're new to Yin Yoga, here are some helpful tips:
🔸 Always respect your physical edge, this means do not lean too far into the pose where you might injure yourself.
🔸 Also respect your emotional edge, this refers to giving yourself permission to lean away or come out of the posture if you find it triggering you emotionally.
🔸 Come out of the practice gently. This could be having a cup of tea or quietly journaling.
