649LB Woman Impresses Dr Now With INCREDIBLE Progress On Her Weight Loss Journey | My 600-lb Life

When Nikki arrives at Dr Now's clinic weighing a total of 649 lbs, she is told that drastic changes need to be made if she hopes to make it past the age of 40. With the right support from her family and following Dr Now's plan closely, she begins her journey to improve her life.

My niece had to lose 60 pounds to qualify for her bariatric surgery. Once her goal was achieved, she told the doctor that she refused the operation and would settle for a diet. She lost 150 pounds and has been at a healthy weight for 5 years now. She runs every day and sometimes does triathlons.

Her attitude was fantastic! Her parents also got to work. They not only stopped enabling her but changed their habits and did the calorie counting with her. As soon as they all recognized their bad actions, they all turned it around. I hope that they should all be really proud of themselves.
