I’ve been doing vegan Keto for about a month now. It’s easier than you’d think! (And I hate avocados 😅). I got a cookbook called Vegan Keto by Liz MacDowell and it’s amazing! She has so many incredible recipes and I find that I actually enjoy meal prepping and trying them out. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to give the diet a shot

You could use coconut cream in the bulletproof coffee for added creaminess. Delicious! I actually prefer it over butter/heavy cream.

its been 6 months and ive gained 5lbs, i blame the amazing vegan food, but i am very excited to start vegan keto again this coming week! Need to get ready for the summer! 🤗 I highly recommend vegan keto, its was healthier than the regular, no saturated fat, high cholesterol, risk clogged arteries from fat & animal products, dairy, eggs, no animals die & the list goes on

I use Therapeutic Ketosis as originally designed to treat Epilepsy, which means i need to keep my net carbs under 12g daily. While delicious looking, that dinner alone breaks my daily carb bank! 😍

You're absolutely right... Vegan keto is HARD... I'm 9 months into Therapeutic Ketosis and i will haven't given it a go, yet.

Chia pudding
Almond milk
Vanilla or chocolate plant based protein powder
Ground almonds
Blend 2 minutes or until warm in a high powered blender
Add to chia seeds top with peanut butter

tried a lot of these keto diet, but it just never works. so hard to follow, the only thing that worked for me is agoge diet. never felt this great. my only regret is not trying it earlier

It's not so restrictive if you do time restricted eating, something like 16/8. Plus, you don't need to be in ketosis all the time or have high levels of ketones. I can eat red potatoes and stay in mild ketosis (o.3 to 0.8 mmol) most of the day (and night).

Hi, since I did Keto, my cholesterol went up, I have previously brought it to normal by becoming vegan, but I was not losing weight. So that’s why I want to do at least 80 percent vegan, have fish & egg and chicken breast Occasionally.

Thank you for putting together this video. I really cannot stomach the taste of macadamia nuts. They taste like I'm eating crayons. I imagine the butter will taste the same. Is there a different nut butter i could use instead? I hope
