Hi, I just want to thank fitness blender so much for making my life better!! I'm a 15 year old girl and I used to always feel tired, energyless and I was feeling down almost all the time. But about 5 months ago the thought hit me that maybe it all was caused by my unhealthy lifestyle. I found fitness blender on youtube and started working out with your videos. I combine that with running and biking and I've also done changes in my diet, not to lose weight but to get healthy. And it really helped, I feel so much better now, I have energy and I'm mostly happy and I never feel tired or sad for no reason. I've actually gained around 3 kilos since I started my new lifestyle, but my body looks much more fit than before, and the most important: I'm feeling good! I just want to thank you guys so much for your workout videos! They help so many people out there. Thank you!

I just did this after being out of the game for a while...a LONG while. I'm back to square one. But knowing and respecting that, I concentrated on doing what I could do in terms of weight and range of motion. Already feeling it! I added in toes in/out deadlifts and single leg assisted squats (12 each on all of those). My legs are TOAST. Amazing how thoroughly you can work yourself over in such a short time!

I love using these shorter videos as a burnout round after a longer HIIT or lower body workout! I bet this one is a great challenge too:) Ty!

Man breathing thru those squats is essential...felt like my head was gonna explode at one point. Had to stop. Good work out none the less. Sweating like crazy

Thanks for this quick and excellent butt and thigh workout! I added this on to a 48-min upper body strength routine, and it worked great to round out my total workout for today.

I really really love fitness blender and both of you always inspire me and keep me going...thanks for that! I just wanted to mention I find it when 20 or 15 second are left it kind of makes it feel longer and is a bit distracting. I don't mind the 10 or 5 seconds announcing but every time it's done way before that it's a bit much😬. Just a thought not sure if I'm the only one and don't mean to sound like I'm complaining lol I do appreciate all of your workouts guy's and love them👍🏻 thanks 🙏🏼
