So to sum up: Step 1: 2/3 of your plate will vegetables and 1/3 of your plate will be lean meats every day for all your meals for the day. Step 2: do cardio for 1-2 hours every day. Challenge accepted.

This is more very sound advice. We know people need it spelt out for them so you could have also said, rather than implied, cut out sugar/carbs. But you nailed it again. Thanks Doc

Doc, fist of all I have to say thank you (btw I wrote this message already in a very long context that I were writing for at least 15 minutes but my iphone battery died and I have to write it all over again) well first of, I already mentioned this all but I'm very thankful for your advice, I was training hard for 7 months at least in the gym and I started to lose hope as I did not see much changes beside my physical strength increasing but that was not my goal, my goal from the start was to lose weight but as I researched and trained past months Im starting to realize my goal should always have been to lose FAT not weight and I'm starting to realize that fat is what is ruining my life not weight. I weight around 75 kilos and I am shaped weirdly I don't have big belly but my hip fat is insane my hips are huge but my stomach is flat, then my chest is fat a lot I used to wear sweaters just to hide my giant chest that was all fat, my mom cooks for at home and she doesn't support the gains she makes a lot of high sugar foods but I will never blame her for my mistakes I'm just to weak to say no to those sweet high sugar sweets but I have to. Here comes long part I were writing for at least 10 minutes, I used to walk everyday for at least 10, 000 steps before breakfast, I would brush my teeth etc and go to walk or 5000 step jog it would usually last about 2h to make 10, 000 steps and I always found It too easy, too easy in fact that I started believing it's a waste of time. Eventually I started thinking it's worthless even though I were making 10000 steps everyday without missing a day for few weeks but I didn't see a sing visible change, here's the problem I probably did not track my food intake, I probably took a lot of carbohydrates which are bad. I just recently started realizing how bad carbs are and decide to cut them from daily intakes. Well I made it much simpler than it was but my point of message is that I never stopped improving, and you doc made me realize it. I were always trying to improve myself but just didn't follow up with my own rules.

Well, thank you doc for this informational video I'm going back to everyday walk and I will cut carbohydrates from my food intake, just say, how long is it gonna take to see REAL progress that will be visible if I really follow rules and do cardio in type of walking and is it really going to be effective? I will try my best in any case. I found on net long ago it takes about 4-12 weeks to see real progress but just to confirm that's true?

Anyway thank you for opening my eyes, doc. I never stopped improving I was always looking for ways to improve myself just I need to follow my own rules.

Do you recommend swimming under water or water level? Also is punching and kicking a bag a good cardio workout to lose body fat ? My diet consists of eggs, avocados, and fish ive been eating that for the past week
