I am making small habits out of my routines so I can reach my goals. For example, I want to drink more water, so I have a cup that I fill with water, refill it at all times. It's a Starbucks cup so maybe that's why? haha
aaaand also just telling myself that shit needs to get done! But yes, there are days were I tell myself I need to rest.
