On the Netflix thing, instead of binging I create a viewing schedule, each night has a different show or movie. My current schedule is:

Movie Monday
Reality Tuesday
International Wednesday
Prestige Thursday (Emmy award winning show type shit)
Free day Friday (whatever I’m feeling)
Animated Saturday (cartoons and anime)
Sitcom Sunday.


This way I don’t binge shows and I have something to look forward to every night when everything I get done is done and I usually watch 1-3 episodes depending on the length

I had such a good routine a few years ago until I gave birth. The newborn time hit me like a truck because I wasn’t sleeping much. I stopped with my routine then. I felt so out of it for a while until I slowly started building up my routine again and now I have it back and found a way to make it work with my 2 year old and working full time❤

Workout classes is how I built and made new social communities ! Now workouts are both my physical exercise and socializing time ! I highly recommend classes for those worried about not being able to find social time in a hectic schedule. Some ppl I’ve met in classes are some of my closest friends now

I am literally TWO DAYS from 30 and am finally taking pouring into myself seriously!! A kid, husband and plenty meltdowns later I am ready and I have been BINGING your content and I am literally so thankful for how you broke down creating a routine instead of just say "why we need one". I feel confused watching alot of these videos because they dont give the exactly "hands on" way to do things, they are mainly just showing there journey (which is inspiring) but not really sharing how we can get to level 100 when were complete beginners at 0. You do that for me and never miss! Not to make this a race thing, but its amazing finally finding a beautiful, black woman sharing her journey and teaching us how to do it!

I read your comments and loveeee the community of like minded people who feel the same way as I do. You not only inspire me, but you literally give me actionable, realistic steps I can take that makes me so excited to go on my self-growth journey!

You breaking down this math helped SO MUCH, I loved this perspective. It hit me so hard when you said “you have about 30-40 hours a week to focus on your goals” like WOAH, I do!! What am I spending my time doing instead? Watching Netflix and mindlessly scrolling about what I COULD be doing 😂🫡
