It's the final day and today's Total Body Strength & Cardio Workout is going to leave you feeling FIERCE!! Six different total body circuits today loaded with compound exercises to build strength and cardio exercises to burn fat and get that heart rate up. Using dumbbells and our own body-weight for resistance - it's time to finish this thing strong!! Let's do it team! #Fierce14 #StrengthWorkout #CardioWorkout

Equipment Needed:
Dumbbells: I used 5, 10 & 15lbs sets

Im a health care worker and ive lost my physical and mental health the past 2 years working through the pandamic. I stumbled into Heather’s work-out and started with Fierce. I love it! It was tough starting back but Im doing this to get my health back so I can stay around longer for my young family. Thank you Heather!

Huge Fan of Fierce! Would love more like this. 40-45 minutes of workout not including warm up cool down would be ideal
