We are back with another intense Total Body MetCon Workout! Using dumbbells only, we are getting in a full body workout today. Three metcon circuits loaded with compound exercises and cardio intensive moves will have us building muscle, burning fat and feeling our very best. Dumbbells: I used 2x5lbs, 2x10lbs, 1x15lbs

Workout Breakdown:
0:05 Warm Up

3:00 Circuit One (45s work + 15s rest x2)
Lunge + Curl
Cross Climber
Kneeling Press Combo
Shadow Box

11:20 Circuit Two (45s work + 15s rest x2)
Side Lunge + 1-Arm Raise
Plank Pass Thru
Squat + Curl
Crab Dance

19:30 Circuit Three (45s work + 15s rest x2)
Squat + Front Raise
Crunch + Punch
Lunge + Twist
Walking Plank Jack

27: 30 Cool Down
