This 30 minute AROUND THE WORLD rhythm ride indoor cycling class is great for burning fat and losing weight!

💁🏼‍♀‍ Hello! I'm Kaleigh! I attended my first Spin class when I was 15. Since then I've been addicted to spin classes and indoor cycling. Now, as a certified Spin class Instructor, Stages Beats Instructor, and NASM certified fitness trainer, my goal is to share the most fun, motivating, and energizing indoor cycling workouts that will bring out your inner BUTT-KICKER!

If you are doing a Spin class on a stationary bike or exercise bike instead of a spin bike and prefer to stay in the saddle, DO THIS:
2nd position: increase your speed! Try anywhere between 5-15 RPMs.
3rd position: increase your resistance and try and keep the same cadence.

I've been doing your videos religiously twice a day since Jan '21. With that and intermittent fasting, I've lost 50 pounds already! 15 pounds from goal...thank you for all you do! You have no idea how much you've helped change my life 😃👍

How did i miss this ride! Oh my goodness! It was fantastic!! The music from all over the world, is just so cool! This was a tough, challenging, and super fun ride! That song should be called 7 min in the fire! Thank you for another wonderful workout!

Hey - "Team Sprint, Team Climb, get your Team Two Towel on, we got Serious Sweatn' for Seven". (This one ain't for Team Stella.) Not really a title, but that 7 minutes was long and sweaty! And I had so many thoughts I had to let a few I never anticipated "4, 3, 2, 1" so much before! Looking forward to the live one!

The way you got a little forgetful after the challenge by saying 30 seconds instead of 60, made me call the new challenge, "Finding Dory". Loved this workout! My 4 year old told me I needed to wear sunscreen bc I had a sunburn on my face! And my 6 year old always makes sure I get the dessert in afterwards. She tells me every day, we gotta stretch mom! 💞🌎
