Join me for a 30 min INTENSE DUMBBELL HIIT WORKOUT to challenge both your strength and cardio. This routine is quite a challenging one with several jumping movements throughout. I will also be showing low impact modifications as well. Warm up and cool down are included in todays routine. During the workout, intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. All you need is a medium set of dumbbells (today I'll be using two 10LB weights). So grab your mat and let's get sculpting! 💞 xox Mik

I have been doing your workouts and cannot tell you how much I love your channel. I am over 50 and need to add strength training into my workouts. I find you so easy to follow and the workouts fly by so fast. I appreciate you adding in the modified versions for those of us with bad knees. Makes it good for any level. I appreciate that your activities are not redundant. I've noticed that online workouts that are tagged as being "intense" often include multiple variations of the same move, i.e. 4 different times doing lunges, sometimes with a press, sometimes without a press, then sometimes it's a lunge with an arm curl- and while you definitely feel it in your legs, I feel it wear in my knees which is not good and it gets dull. I like that you come up with different exercises and have reasonable modifications. Thank you.
