In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. I use my knowledge from my NASM certifications, bachelor’s degree, nursing school experience, and my elite athletic background to lead you through workouts designed to make you a stronger, more balanced athlete. I never really comment on videos but honestly I was feeling so defeated today with my weight loss and body image but I started this workout and finished it!! I feel so proud of myself, thank you Sydney for the amazing videos and inspiration!! I CRUSHED IT!!!

Yet another butt crushin workout. I needed to switch it up and this is doing the trick. I’m in my mid-forties now, and while I’ve always been active, my metabolism hit a wall and I’ve been needing to kick it up a notch without hurting these ole bones, and somehow not getting bored at the same time. Crushed it! I have been doing your workouts now for a few months now, I am just blown away by the variety you have and the advice you give. I used to hate ab exercises because I felt I just couldn’t do them, but I gave it a go and now I can finish rounds and do most of the ab exercises. Crushed it! However, I did struggle since I wasn't allowed to do workouts for awhile due to serious illness but getting back into it now and it feels amazing. Thank you for this workout Sydney! I love your positive energy

I absolutely loved this.The moves that you incorporated in this 50 min total body were fun and it made the 4 intervals per set just fly by and boy it was tough. The last 15min. I struggled but that's exactly what I needed. I like the length of this workout for a Monday too. Sets the whole tone of the week. I love all of the workouts but this is my favorite. You are helping me crush it. Thanks once again Sydney.

I adore your workouts and they are my absolute favorites for some time now. I am so confused by calorie output though. I am now wearing a Fitbit (which I find inaccurate) and I wore an iWatch to compare for this workout today as a test and it gave me a 300 calorie burn for this workout, which seems entirely wrong! I am going full throttle and 100% with you at every turn. How is it that you're nearly at 800 and I'm at 300. I use it to try and manage calorie intake accordingly as I'm trying to lean down at the moment. Would love your input. Thank you for your awesomeness and inspiring spirit.

Crushed it! I’ve been doing a bunch of different home video workouts like fitness blender and has fit, but I’ve got to say your workouts are by far the best.
You mix up the exercises really nicely and the time really does fly by.
