Just don't overthink it. Keep it simple.
Eat whole real food for example whole egg and good not processed carbs and keep yourself in a calorie deficit.
For long time I eat two meals a day no sacking in between with mostly protein and some healthy fat and carbs. I workout regularly and walk and I am fit without starving or pain. It is a life style.

I don't like swapping
I still choose regular pasta
Regular rice
Whole egg
And I lost over 16% of fat
And 22 kg weight
So its not about volume its about balanced diet

Or you can eat good food but not over eat and workout people act like staying fit or losing weight is rocket science just take care of yourself and you won't hate yourself for having a slice of pizza

Gluten free noodles made from quinoa or lentil aren’t those good?
I drink zevias nsted sodas
My breakfast is
3 cups spinach
Carrot olive oil & lemon juice
Hemp seed

I noticed b4 no carbs I would eat
Stayed 125 lbs for yrs
Then even good if natural organic they still carbs when organic potatoes started having those a lot . and list goes on…..

Once u taste sugar over & over there’s an addiction or taste

My thing also what I stopped doing was no exercising
At first so I started to consume lots of different carbs, even though they were done naturally with no other extra chemicals or anything added you know that would make the food unhealthy, but I would make these homemade mashed potatoes with vegan butter and then I was making my homemade cheesecakes all that consume of carbs but see my mistake. Was I freaking stop exercising so I stopped lifting weights I stopped the strength stretching. I stopped the 6 inches off the ground. I stopped the planks I stopped all of that stuff the situps all of that and then I started back over so I’m doing pretty good but sometimes I have my lazy days where I don’t feel like doing nothing you just wanna relax so I said OK I’m gonna give my I’m gonna give my body a rest and I try not to eat any carbs if I eat something it’s gonna be a salad salad, proteins, salad, protein, carbs I will use for my snacks. I’m not gonna waste my carbs on something else you know I rather waste it on something I like like a dessert or something.
