This is pure GOLD.! I want to share my experience with oatmeal. Until April of 2023, I was having frequent diarrhea, bloating issues. I even had a small bloated belly. I didn’t understand what was triggering the diarrhea. Went to gastroenterologist, asked me all the questions and said I noticed you are not including fiber in your diet. But since fiber generally is talked more for constipation issues, she ordered all the tests and X-ray and told me to bring a stool sample.
I went home in an hour and got a call from the doctor immediately, she said your X-ray showed you have a VERY Large mass of stool in your colon.!
She then said the diarrhea must be due to overflow effect from constipation, and asked me to do a laxative clean out.
From that day I started taking warm oatmeal almost everyday (4-5 times a week).
Results: My tummy is flat, no bloating issues, no diarrhea, regular daily bowel movements in the morning, never once felt I am feeling too heavy from a meal. Simple changes in your diet can do wonders.

i've only been eating oatmeal for the past 3-4 years, i can't say if it
made any difference to my health. i feel pretty the same as i used to be but perhaps somewhere on the background, scientifically or may be doing all the good thing for my health without realising. everyone keeps saying that it's a great stuff for health as this video so i keep eating every morning for breakfast.

I make steel oats in an instant pot. I make enough for several days and put individual servings in Pyrex bowls to reheat. Makes it very easy
