KETTLEBELL FULL BODY WORKOUT FOR BEGINNERS - BEGINNER SERIES

For a beginner's workout to be effective, it should incorporate high-volume training, increased intensity, and fun variations - and that is exactly what you will find within this series.
You will feel great after this workout and wonder why you didn’t start exercising sooner! Exercise is not just going to help your physical well-being but mental too.
There are longer rest periods to help you recover between exercises and the series is perfect for you if you have taken a long break away from fitness and want to slowly ease back in or if you getting into it for the first time.
Once these routines becomes easier, you will find many intermediate/advanced workouts on the rest of my channel to work up to.
The workout requires one Kettlebell. Use a weight of at least 3kg+ but push yourself as much as possible and use a weight to challenge yourself but still enable you to keep proper form and technique with the movements.

Each exercise I perform is listed below, each is performed twice for 30 seconds on and 30 seconds rest;
1. Figure of Eight
2. Side Bend
3. Forward and Reverse Lunge
4. Tricep Extension
5. Goblet Squat
6. Bicep Curl
7. Russian Twists
