I've been doing this for a month straight.... the first day I wasn't able to keep up I got tired super quick.... day 30 I'm able to keep up, and I don't get tired... I've lost 5 pounds with altering my diet. All that to say Thank You.

Thank you so much for this workout. I've had a 6kg kettlebell staring at me for four years while I've gained 30 kg over the course of 3 pregnancies. I finally thought I'd just try to find a beginner workout and stop the excuses. This was PERFECT. Inspirational without being intense and fast-paced. My kettlebell was a bit heavy to do all the reps so I just did fewer with good form. I can tell if I keep this up I'll be able to comfortably do all the reps with 6kg after a few weeks. The one where you had to keep one arm up the whole time I used a jar of pasta sauce instead 😂 This is a keeper. Thanks so much. Glad I'm off the couch and can look forward to this tomorrow ❤️

Beginner here. I have really benefitted from the 15 Minute Beginner Weight Training video and decided to try something new today. Really enjoyed this workout too. I liked that there were components of stretch built into the routine. Thanks for making your training available for free.

I love how calm the instructors are. I found them to be so motivating without all the extra hype seen in some workout programs. Also, I found this to be truly beginner friendly, and the movements were easy to follow and keep up with. Some beginner programs out there are too fast, which can be discouraging and makes me lose my motivation. This one was perfect. Thanks for putting it out there for us Newbies!

I love love love your workouts. I am 10 months postpartum and is trying to get back in shape. Your workouts are great and just what I need. I've owned a 16 kg kettlebell for years, but it's too heavy for beginner stuff. I finally got a 10 kg one and did this routine with you. It was pretty much a perfect challenge for me at this point: demanding and got me sweaty, but I don't feel like dyin' afterwards. Thanks!

I've watched several of your videos thus far and just wanted to say they're really helpful. I love how calm your attitudes/voices/movements are and the reminders that it takes time to get to a higher intensity. I also like that there are exercises that can be done sitting, standing, or laying down; even when my energy levels are so low that I can't bother to do standing exercises, I like that I've got other options and don't miss as many opportunities to get a workout done!
