I am SOOO thankful for this video. I'm a former lineman on the football field and because adaptation of the times seen on the news, I feel that getting sprinting speed is a life-saving SURVIVAL skill so several families thank you, sir. God bless you.

lost me with the C-skips and Alt Cycles. Probably need to be taught those in person. Great video!

Watching this to help my 11 yr old since she started feeling pain when wearing spikes. It is the first time she wears them and felt pain while sprinting. She wants to continue using them but afraid she’ll get injured if she does not run in them
Properly. She seems to be landing on her heel when she runs, so looking for work out videos that are easy and straightforward to do with her. Do you try to land on front/midfoot when doing these? How many minutes and should she try this with spikes? Thank you! Great content!
