Rice is not bad during calorie deficits. Eat 100g-150g twice a day which contains only 200-205kcl. I’m a Sri Lankan girl I have lost 12kg. During my calorie deficit period, I have been eating rice 100g-150g of rice breakfast and Lunch. Instead of eating rice like a huge mountain plate, we must know the limits of eating whatever food.

You said that we shouldn't have bread and pasta and that's probably bcz it's high in bad carbs but what if we consime wheat bread and wheat pasta that's high in fibre?

…. Carbs are not the enemies guys! Carbs are a super good form of energy so you can go through your day feeling good! I’m not saying eat three bagels for every meal, but carbs aren’t bad for you and are completely healthy, especially in moderation, or if you’re doing a bunch of physical activity.
