I’m not sure why it took me so damn long to figure out how abusive the situation I was actually in. Oh, I remember, because I was verbally, physically, spiritually, emotionally & environmentally tortured, manipulated, isolated, abandoned,
completely torn down, depleted. His behavior left me hallow, exhausted, shamed, anxious, physically & medically ill (spiritually dying)
I have never known such a deep
loneliness or hopelessness in my whole life. I was an empty shell of myself. If I
were to tell you all the things that he’s done, you’d all
think I was nuts!! that’s probably why we don’t tell anyone what we’re going through. I made so many excuses for him and lied for him protected him any longer and that was the worst thing I could done to myself because I didn’t have anyone that you what was going on It’s still so unreal & so freakin
unbelievable
I couldn’t make this stuff up if I tried. Please pray for me because I am on my way out the door. I hope to have a new place on Monday. Please God..

Narcissists don't like to lose, it's not that they don't want to lose you. As long as you play the game and he seems the best, you will be his best ally. But in his mind you are a pawn and pawns are expendable.

They don't love anybody is the answer not just the one they're discarding. People are to be used so if other person will give them more supply they will suspend the other because they don't really discard you . They will keep coming back but you're not their number one

That’s pretty deep. They must hold onto their attitude because that’s what enabled them to get this far in life. It’s like a suit of armor. When she qualified her feelings, saying, “‘I have love for you, ” instead of, “ I love you, ” she was telling me she doesn’t love me. The end for me. That phrase betrayed her true feelings about me.
Omg, by writing that down & internalizing it, I knew it deep down by her actions & excuses for not seeing me.
