I have been struggling with a strain in my upper arm for months, I have tried so many different techniques without success. I was beginning to think I was stuck with the discomfort and at times pain. I did a new workout for the 1st time ever a few days ago and my arms are on fire. They literally feel broken. I couldn't sleep well for a while. This video helped. Definitely some relief. I’m an over 65 grandmother who periodically carried my grandson’s . I noticed over time my left arm has less range of motion and certain stretching movements will cause pain. I don’t carry the children anymore because I feel I’ve injured the arm. I tried the massages and immediately found the trouble spot. The muscle on my upper arm had a knot. I feel relief already. I will keep up the massages. Thank you for this informative video. I use a facial massager which has two metal balls that rolls nicely over the skin . Seems to work well.
