Ive been looking for videos on muscular imbalance for years. This is the first time I’ve heard a solid explanation. Only remaining question I have is WHAT workouts are supposed to be done to the opposite muscles

This is by far the best explanation I've seen on YouTube. I'm pretty far into my recovery, but I had a laparoscopic appendectomy which left me very emotionally traumatized. As a result my body had a lot of trouble neurologically connecting to my muscles in the abdominal region. Once I started going to chiro all of these terms were so new to me and didn't make any sense and began to feel even more depressed. Once I got used to stretched and very slowly strengthening myself again, my muscle on one side of my body got stronger again, but I could never connect my brain to the other side and engage my full TA. Right now I'm working on my imbalances in my upper body as well as my anterior pelvic tilt. I sure didn't learn any of this the easy way and considering this video is still helping me now, I think it would've went a long way if I saw it earlier in my recovery. This will help many people as doctors seemed to be confused whenever I'd bring my issue to the table, but I didn't know how to describe it. Anyway, if you're reading this, thank you very much for taking the time to put this out there. It hasn't gone unnoticed. 💪😊

I can only do isometric exercise. Otherwise I get spasm. Do you have isometric exercise for upper back muscle pain.

I have my head tilted to the right, so I would need to exercise the muscles on the left. How and which exercises would I have to execute in order to eliminate my imbalance?

I swear every video you make I literally am dealing with it, it seems like. So something as simple as having tight pecs(like I do) can cause forward head posture?

Bro literally been like 4 years since I felt like my whole weight shifted to my whole right side while I incorrectly did a straight leg deadlift exercise is it possible to have all of the below… as in fucked up legs/knees… small direction inward ankles… but it all comes from when i got ducked in the deadlift… have SUPER CONSTRICTED lower back, hammys are tight af, hip flexors tight af, so is it possible to have multiple??

Left winged scapula. Left side rib flare. Left shoulder higher than right. muscle imbalances on entire upper body. It’s like my entire right side never shuts off and my left has little mind muscle connection. My left lat and pec are significantly smaller than my right. My spinal erecter muscles, the right side is bigger and always tight. Can’t get the left spinal erecter to activate. I always just feel the right side activate. The mind muscle connection to the left side of my back is horrible. I’m all messed up man lol

Hi there, I just realized that my muscle imbalances have became very noticeable and I just wanted to thank you so much for making this it really does help.

I have a couple questions. If you have the muscle imbalances in the green section then is it normal for the greater trochanter bone to stick out a lot on the problematic side? Do you have any videos for stretching and exercising any muscle groups and how long does it take to see results or completely get rid of the imbalance? Thank you
