I LOVE A PHYSICAL CUE THAT I CAN USE ON MY OWN! My trainer is awesome but on my own, i need visual and physical cues to learn proper form! So happy to find your channel as a beginner weight - lifter at the young age of almost 63!

Great info as always, thank you! I have an issue when I do deep squats like a sumo squat or a deficit sumo squat, I have a hard time keeping my torso up. My torso wants to completely bend forward and I think that is bad form. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the video. I have a good question but nobody talked anything about it.
What if my body only go down in less than 45 degree between my body and a vertical line, can I still strengthen my lower back? Let say I manage to go down only 40 degree...
