So happy to see you getting more and more content out bro I’ve been a member since u started and what your doing with the set your own price so everyone can afford it is amazing once I’m working properly again and out of most of my debt I’ll increase mine as it’s worth a lot more to me than I currently paid to get me out of bed.

Be honest YOU have to do the work, it doesn’t take long once you’ve done it a few times it becomes second nature and for me (someone who’s had discectomy twice and suffered with pain over 20 years) it’s made a huge difference! Early days for me to be able to say I’m cured but I can only see it getting better from here on

Got L5 L6 L7 I’m looking into doing seated good mornings, Jefferson curls and back extensions. While also adding stretches and mobility training. I could really use a regiment that someone could encourage and point me in the right direction
