I hope you enjoy using this “Sleep & Compassion” guided meditation.

Just click play when you want to go to sleep.

This is a combined session for compassion as well as helping you to drift into sleep.

The aim is that you drift into sleep whilst listening to this session.
The other aim of this guided meditation is to experience more compassion for yourself, and for the people around you, and to bring that into your everyday life.

Developing compassion for yourself, and others, can lead to a happier and more fulfilling life.

Also, being compassionate, especially towards yourself, can be of huge value in your own personal life, especially when dealing with setbacks when you are trying to achieve, or change, something in your life. Even if you drift into sleep during the first few minutes of this guided meditation, your mind will still absorb some of the positive suggestions for compassion as you drift into sleep.

Often the last words or thoughts we have at night, before we go to sleep, can positively affect how we feel and go about our next day.
In general, the more you use this guided meditation, the more benefit you will receive from it.

Really relaxing voice but the adverts which are now spattered all through this meditation mean it cannot be listened to. Hope it can get sorted as I know this is a great meditation.

I’m sorry to say the intro is really jarring & unnecessarily long. I wish those who created these videos would just type the information in the subheading of the video & just start ahead with the audio of the meditation instead

I know you mean well but I think repeating the word compassion over and over again is not very effective, How about substituting other words such as love etc.
