I have always been sort of ridiculed for being too soft and sentimental. I naturally love everyone, I hate no one. I laugh easily and cry easily. Growing up I always thought I must hide this side of me as I feared people will make fun of me for being naive and not worldly wise. I haven’t been able to hide though, as thats my intrinsic nature, and for that reason I’ve always felt I’m not a wise and mature person. I will never be. When I found this meditation a couple of days ago I was amazed. Here’s this sage of all times, Buddha himself, preaching exactly that. I feel vindicated in some form 😆 Please read this lightly. It’s not meant as a rant. I just felt a pleasant acceptance of myself by myself. Wrote it here in case it resonates with another human, they shouldn’t feel alone. Love to all ❤

Here are 11 benefits from this meditation

You will sleep easily
You will wake easily
You will have pleasant dreams
People will love you
Devas (gods or angels) and animals will love you
Devas will protect you
External dangers, such as poisons, weapons, and fire, will not harm you
Your face will be radiant
Your mind will be serene

Revered Sir/Madam, I express heartfelt gratitude for these guided meditation and all your loving videos. I try to learn as much as possible. I request you to once again share the 10 minute guided loving kindness meditation which was there before. I used to do it regularly, but I’m not able to find it anymore, only the longer video is there. Please help!

I've experienced and seen so much evil since I was born. All I've wanted is peace. I'm always filled with anger at the world and the people who hurt me and I relive the memories every day in my head. When I said those kind words, I cried. They couldn't have been more genuine. I am naturally skeptical, but finding Buddhism feels like I found a piece of myself that was there all along. Thank you so much. No matter what pain any of you've been through, it'll be okay. May you all live happily.

I had an addiction to nicotine and all of the meditation have helped me get over it, the feeling i wanted from the nicotine I found it in a better form that not only helps me heal my addiction but also help me be a better person and a better version of myself

I have been doing this meditation three times a day. Once in the morning then in the afternoon then at night before going to sleep. I have found it has helped me enormously as I suffer from MS and it has relaxed my muscles and cleared my mind. Every time I do these meditations I seem to see lovely things yesterday it was two wild doves on my disability ramp looking in at me from my bedroom window. I have noticed a lot of little things like this that has never happened to me before. God bless these meditations because after the death of my childhood sweet heart the day before my birthday last year I did not know how to go on. But now I feel at peace with myself again and feel my childhood sweet heart with me a lot xxxx
