Thank you, Tara💗 I must confess that last month I'm being afraid that practicing meditation for long period may cause some side effects or sort of... harmful experience for mental health. But I remember what a nightmare was my life before I started do some meditation - not every day but quite often during the week, especially when I feel anxious and worried - and I'm happy that you were my first teacher in 2023. I feel more calm and contented now on my daily life and learned to soothe my thoughts and feelings just reminding myself that there always is such a good friend as Tara❤️ God bless you🙏

I visit this sleep meditation nearly every night. Just wish it was 3 times as long. Even if it just included more flute music 🙏
