The recovered files are totally different than the ones associated with the file names, and are from various folders, not the selected folder. Also, they are files that are not deleted files, but files that are accessible on the drive.

Basically they are saying sure you can download software for free and it will find the lost data but you will have to upgrade to Pro $162.97 to actually get it back. Totally misleading.

Hmm... your product PREVIEWED my lost video files perfectly so I was excited and paid for the PRO license only to find that the actual source files didn't work once restored. Does actual support come with my PRO license, because so far I've just gotten copy/paste response. 😒

On my Mac M1 Pro I only see “Existing Files” during the scan. It says 70hrs remaining, but I think that just means for existing files. Is there any way to see the deleted files or scan for them?
