I didn't count calories. I still ate foods I loved. And I wasn't working out everyday. But over the last couple of months, I gradually adopted new habits and then recently realized, " wow, I'm a lot slimmer than I used to be ". So I've decided to look back and take note of the changes I've implemented over the last few months and reflect on why these things have helped me drop 15 pounds without even thinking about it. ** this is not professional advice, just my experience **

I've set my goal as being consistent with my exercise and healthy eating, not a target weight. I've also changed my diet to eat 1g of protein = to each pound I weigh. Rebalancing my macros to get enough protein daily is completely different from feeling confined by a daily calorie limit. 🎉
