Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

Alright I'm gonna do it

Day 1: ✅ It wasn't too bad but it does burn 🔥
Day 2: ✅ Idk why but it burned more than yesterday for some reason 😅
Day 3: ✅ I did it twice today and it burned A LOT but it's getting a bit easier to do the actual exercises
Day 4: ✅
Day 5: ❌ I was really tired
Day 6: ✅
Day 7: ✅
Day 8: ✅ One week leftt
Day 9: ✅ The exercises are MUCH easier (did it twice)
Day 10: ✅ I felt really unmotivated today so I didn't really do the exercises that well
Day 11: ✅ I failed my spanish test 😩 I also did it twice todayy 🔥🔥
Day 12: ✅ I did it twice. I'm actually really proud of myself for getting to here
Day 13: ✅
Day 14: ✅

Pls like so I can remember to do it 💕

Results:

Firstly I want to say that I feel so much stronger in my stomach area and I can see results but not massively, I think it's because I've been working out for quite some time now. One thing is that my stomach got flatter but the sides of my stomach stayed the same. All together I'm pleased with the results and I definitely recommend this 14 day challenge but just remember everybody gets different results so somebody might see huge results and some people may not see results at all, it really depends on the person AND very importantly what they're eating. I would rate this challenge an 8/10 because it wasn't the hardest and it did give results.

There are many reasons why people gain belly fat, including poor diet, lack of exercise, and stress. Improving nutrition, increasing activity, reducing stress, and making other lifestyle changes can all help people lose unwanted belly fat. 👍

Hey Lilly, I just wanted to thank you
I have scoliosis and had my surgery over a year ago. I was in so much pain, my physical appearance was absolutely disgusting, I was woking up everyday with this insane amount of pain on my back. I’m still recovering but since I started to workout by ur videos, I gained so much strength. Lost about 7 kilos in just few months, obviously with a clean diet.
I knew you studied physiotherapy which made me trust you even more.

I know you’re not probably gonna see this, but overall THANK YOU for changing my life, ending my pains, giving me a much better life.

I'm gonna do this and update as I go! I will do a couple videos with this as well!
Day 1: ✅ (It's pretty easy but I definitely felt the burn!)
Day 2: ✅ (I felt the burn so much today! It feels great!)
Day 3: ✅ (This BURNNSS! it's absolutely awesome!)
Day 4: ✅ (These workouts all individually burn so much in their own ways, and I love it!)
Day 5: ✅ (I'm gonna say it again these workouts burn, I really recommend this workout!)
Day 6: ✅ (Not as much as a burn today but that may be because I'm starting to get used to this but still a slight burn!)
Day 7: ✅ (PUMPED TODAY! One week down, one to go!)
Day 8: ✅ (I can actually see slight results, and my core feels a lot stronger!)
Day 9 (Rest day!): ✅
Day 10: ✅ (Back at it again! Felt the burn, and my core feels way stronger!)
Day 11: ✅ (Feeling the burn today! Almost done, couple days to go!)
Day 12: ✅ (Merry Christmas Eve everyone! Im not going to do the workout tomorrow but I will get back at it the next day!)
Day 13: ✅ (2 days to go! Still feeling the burn with these workouts, it's awesome and I love it!)
Day 14: ✅ (1 more day to go! Still loving these workouts!)
Day 15 (Final day!):✅ (Finally done! Love this workout/stretch!)

Results: This was a fun 14 day workout! Obviously you can't see dramatic changes in two weeks, but I did see some! My legs feel so firm and strong and I have this slimmer waist feeling and look! I. I recommend doing these 14 days if you want a slow pacing, not as hard, effective workout for your waist. I have thrown this video in with a bunch of other videos and it has definitely worked a lot in all different areas! Thank you guys for all the nice support in the comments! If you think that you can't do this, you definitely can, the hardest part is just getting started, and once you do that you can accomplish a lot!

Started doing lilly workouts 2 weeks ago... I have never been more active and always look forward to the exercises.. I have paired the different exercise with healthy eating and I went from having a round belly to a flat tummy with the 11 line abs starting to show in just 14 days... I've lost an inch and a half off my waist and lost 3kg (just over 6 pounds).. I just wanna say Thank You Lilly ❤️

Results: I hadn't measured my waist tbh, I basically am too lazy to do that. I try to look for visible results, I sound so lame LMAO
And well.. I did see difference!...
I didn't maintain the healthiest diet, but my waist was slightly smaller and my core was more defined. I did extra workouts along this workout. I basically did HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts. Didn't lose a lot of weight. But it was totally worth it.
Good luck y'all with the progress! May you achieve your goals. Keep on working hard. Get up every time you fall. Failure is a part of success. Slow the pace, fasten the pace... But don't stop!

Btwww I'm currently doing challenges by Chloe ting! They're totally worth it (: and trust me, I lost 30 pounds something over the pandemic. I think I should lose more but I'm confused lol. But you guys can do it too! I'm sure you aren't as fat as I was lmao. Stay positive ❤✌

I haven't worked out for 4 days now because I'm sooo lazyyyy.. but even though I still can see my abs ^^ And I'm working out for only 2 weeks (I still have some belly fat. That's why I'm so surprised)! This week is 3rd one and I'm starting tomorrow again :D :3
