10 Min PUSH UP CHALLENGE at Home Workout | How many can you do?

Hello everyone!

Wanting to get better at push ups?
Wanting to be able to do more?

Best way is to practise! This is a workout for you to do to challenge yourself more every time you do it!

Simply perform push ups however you like (on knees, off knees, decline, bars...) for 1 minute, rest for 30 seconds then go again until you have completed 7 sets! This will amount to 10 minutes in total!

Take your time and take a few seconds anytime you need it within the minute!

Push ups work your whole body! You will feel it most in your chest and arms however your core and lower body is needed to work to stabilise you throughout!

The main muscles worked in push ups are the pectoral muscles, deltoids, triceps and core!

I hope you give this a go and remember to count your reps!

I managed 230 reps but I reckon more 210 if I was to be strict with my full range throughout! Let me know in the comments how many you did and then if you give it ago again by how many you improved!

I would recommend resting your upper body maybe a day or two before if you wanting to really give this your best shot!

From not being able to do a full push up on knees, to being able to do 120 moderate reps on feet, I can say I see some progress. Epic 1 and 2 finisher, currently starting Epic Heat. Thank you Caroline.

Wow! I went from 119 reps 7 weeks ago to 180 today & not a single one on knees anymore. 💪

I did 75! it was my first attempt, and I did them on knees... I can't wait to progress and be able to do at least 100!

Did this today and really happy that I was able to achieve 212 push ups at age 13 love when you do challenges like this I find I push myself and can do way more than I thought I could do❤

I’ve come back to this video a few times and it’s great to finish and know you’ve completed more reps than the time before. Even though I can simply time this myself and with the same format, simply doing it with Caroline is encouraging. I used this tonight to work on tricep push ups specifically, as my goal during her last EPIC program is to improve on this in particular. So motivating and a great way to motivate others. Thank you for all you do Caroline!

I just did 180:):). Was trying for 25 a round and pulled out an extra 5 on one lol. Going through other CG workouts while waiting for her next big thing to come out:):):) and this week I decided to do some of her challenges:):):) Keep on keeping on in our fab CG Community🥰💪🏻💐

First attempt, 230. Second 226 (tried pacing myself and it backfired). Third 231 and 260 on the fourth attempt. Great workout 🙂.

I felt the burn! But i couldnt go deep enough like you tho i guess im not strong enough yet:(( im gonna do this challenge till i can perform perfect push ups like you! 💪❤

Awesome workout!!! I managed to do 77 off my knees :D back in november when I started doing your workouts I could do 0 push ups off the knees :)) so very happy with the progress, love your workouts.
