I am currently 6'2 2/4 feet at the age of 18 and i never paid too much attention to it since i am already tall but now I am trying to do whatever i can to increase my height before i reach my 20's and i am trying my best make it 6'4 before my height stops growing.

My opinion. Once you get taller than 6' 2" the benefits are of diminishing returns. Unless you want to play a pro sport.
