This strength workout includes compound, functional, and unilateral exercises to build muscle in your upper body, lower body, and core! We have 24 exercises in a no-repeat format! You will only need dumbbells for this strength workout and aim to lift at your moderately heavy range to get the most out of the training!

30-MINUTE FULL BODY NO REPEAT STRENGTH WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISE EQUIPMENT NEEDED
- DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 10bs to 25lbs / 5kg to 11kg When selecting a weight for this workout, you want to lift moderately heavy! The weight you select will be relative to you.

Functional training is my favorite style! Just last night, my 7 year old got stuck on the monkey bars at the park, and I had to lift his 50-pound body up over my head and lower him to the ground. Stronger in here so we can be stronger out there! Thank you for a fantastic workout!

Loved that one!!!! Especially the reverse plank with leg lifts! Something different but still simple. Thanks for helping me kick but. Oh and also thank you for ‘life is hard but we are strong!!!’ I needed that! 🎉🎉🎉

Wow, this one is keeping me strong and strong and healthy are my goals. I know women in their 50s who can't get up off the floor or toilet. So sad. That will Never be me. I loved the no repeat workouts, but I also love your super sets. This was a great workout and thank you for keeping all us strong in mind body and soul😊❤❤

I'm in healing mode so had to adapt but used the count for stuff I couldn't do and did what I could do. Thanks for teaching us about modifications and the importance of showing up and doing our best ❤

Holy cow this was so fun I didn't even realize we were done! Thanks Kaleigh! ❤ My cousin has had a baby every 2 years with 5 kids and she said every single baby a lot of things changed. You know your body best you know your baby best and I'm glad your doing what feels good for you mama. ⚘️💪 also have you seen that video of the pregnant lady who thinks she has a bug on her but its a twig 😂
