If anybody has UC then I beg you not to drink alcohol - it’s the most damaging thing you can do with inflammation and I was the dumb one to do so 🤦‍♀️ I’ve been in pain for four days and it hurts to lie down and walk so I can barely sleep, hopefully the pain will go soon but I didn’t take my disease seriously and this is what happened. Even in remission. this disease is causing me to have so little energy that i feel emotionally drained and can't hold down a job. It is very depressing and it made me go from an energenic extrovert to a severly depressed and anxious introvert. My life is ruined. I'm only 20 and my years of fun are over.

This video really explains well what I have. Doctor tell you but this is so much more informative. Luckilly been in remission for about 8 years since my last flare-up. With me, it's always been stress that brings it on. First school exams in the 80's, then family problems for 2 other Now in life, I just try not to worry about things. I only worry about things that are important. If I see a problem I get it sorted quick or decide if it really is a problem as so many little things people make into big things for no reason.

if you have uc then cut sugar out and all processed food i have done this and believe it has helped me, i believe it reduces inflammation

Ulcerative colitis is a major concern and my father also had ulcerative colitis since 2016 he took several medications but got no relief. now he is taking ulcerative care pack from planet ayurveda and he is alright.

I have stomach ulcer, very chronic ulcer. Before now, if I go to hospital the medicine they give me get to remove the pain and other symptoms but now nothing happens. I feel so Dizzy, feel like fainting and go to toilet too often.
And there is no good doctor here in my country Nigeria and even the one here are so costly and am still struggling to get job. This life is not fair

I have it. I've been on prednisone, mesalimine, remicade, and now will be switched to entyvio. It's like the doctor is just guessing. If this doesn't work I dont what will.
