Do you have any suggestions as to how I can help my adult son, he has ulcerative colitis has been very sick and live in another part of the United States but I’m ready to move there to make sure all his nutritional needs are met.
Do you know of a caregivers program to teach me exactly how to nurse this condition and dietary needs?
Thank you.

Why are antibiotics used for diverticulitis and not the other 2 diseases?
What if someone has diverticulitis with no puss, no fever, no fistulas, no high white blood cell count, no blood in stool?
What if the inflammation was caused from stress or CDIFF?

Suggestion: Your videos helped me tremendously as I was going through nursing school! I am now studying for the NCLEX and I would love to see more SATA questions at the end of your videos. Many students struggle with SATA questions and it may help them prepare better for NCLEX/exams if you include them at the end. (:

I was taught that with UC exacerbation you go NPO --> Clear liquid --> full liquid ---> low residual ---> high fiber once healthy
